Charleen is originally from California, having part of her family in Hawaii and part in Japan. She is very family-orientated and values spending as much time with her family. She worked from the ground up, eventually supervising multiple new projects. Charleen has been working in the sales area for her entire career since 1988. She began her career in the Real Estate profession in 1994 and decided this was where she wanted to stay. She has successfully obtained her license since 1998. As part of the Realty One Group, she prides herself on coaching her people to excel. Charleen has been training new agents successfully since 2000; it was then that her genuine passion for training and coaching was discovered. She has used previous sales experience to train and coach real estate professionals for the past 27 years. At Realty One Group, she has started a very successful mentoring program, educating and guiding agents to learn about their behavioral styles so they can effectively adopt methods and habits that will help them build successful businesses.

Recognizing that all needs are not the same, Charleen offers customized real estate coaching, handing the keys to success to anyone willing to learn about the world of real estate. When Charleen is not busy working for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family. While still in school, Charleen has been the co-creator of a children's program which worked with children's foundations. She designed and developed children's activities and coordinated family curricula to fit families' needs. She loves community work; therefore, she volunteers at several local organizations, including Families Forward, an agency that provides supported housing programs for families in crisis. She is passionate about her family. They are her priority because without them, nothing else in life matters. For fun, she loves to shop. And finally, she loves to travel when she's not busy providing proven techniques, ideas, concepts, and values to other agents, teaching them how to achieve maximum results.
